We offer domestic and international shipping with varying rates.

For customers in the UK we have a standard flat shipping rate with a delivery aim of 3 - 5 business days. 

Our international customers have a variable shipping rate dependent on the weight of their full order.

European Customers can also expect a delivery aim of 3 - 5 business days, While worldwide customers outside the European Shipping Zones can expect 6 - 7 business days at the earliest with standard worldwide shipping.

Customers outside the European shipping zones also have the option of Economy Shipping which reduces costs, but allows for a longer delivery time. Up to 8 weeks for World Zone 1 (Africa, Asia and the Americas), up to 12 weeks for World Zone 2 (Oceania) and up to 6 weeks for World Zone 3 (USA).

For orders placed within the UK we can accept returns if there are any problems with the products sent and a refund can be issued. If there is a problem with your order, please email us with details & where possible, photos of the products and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as effectively as we can. For international orders we may not be able to accept returns.
